  • A 50% non-refundable booking fee will be charged ahead of your appointment which is applicable across all treatments.

    The non-fundable booking fee will be taken at the time of booking your appointment, whether online, in person or over the phone and will be deducted from your final bill.

    For cancellations, amendments or rescheduling, your booking fee will be transferred to a new booking as long as you give us at least 24 hours notice. If you give us less than 24 hours notice your booking fee will not be transferred to a new booking or refunded to you.

    The booking fee will be fully refunded to you if a service or treatment is unsuitable for you or cannot be provided for any reason.

  • We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment. Please give us at least 23 hours notices, otherwise, you will forfeit your non-refundable booking fee. If we are notified more than 24 hours or cancellations, we can transfer your booking fee to your new appointment.

    We reserve the right to cancel any appointment.

  • Unfortunately, there may be times when we have to cancel your appointment due to therapist/staff illness or other emergency. If we are unable to reschedule your appointment at another time or with an alternative therapist on the same day we will need to cancel your appointment and rebook you for the next available appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to cancel your appointment.

  • We only work on healthy skin and nails. If we feel something is not quite right, we reserve the right to refuse treatment and recommend seeking your GP's approval before any treatment is carried out. Any contagious illnesses, nits or infections, etc. then service will be refused. If you are unsure if you treatment can go ahead, then please contact the salon and we can discuss this with you prior to your appointment.

  • Please arrive on-time to your appointment. If you arrive early please be prepared to wait until your booked appointment time.

    If you are running late, we will do our best to fit you in, but we may not be able to provide the booked treatment or may need to modify your booking.

  • Many of our treatments include the use of chemicals or dyes. These can cause severe and even life threatening risks. There are strict guidelines from manufacturers, insurers and industry bodies around using certain products.

    Treatments marked with an "*" will require a patch test a minimum of 48 hours before the treatment is carried out. A patch test is valid for up to 6 months providing you have no new illness, are taking new medication or any other changes to your medical health.

  • No refunds will be given for gift voucher purchases. Gift vouchers are NOT redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Gift vouchers are redeemable in-salon only against our services. If change is required, this will be given in the form of a credit on your salon profile to be redeemed on your next visit.

  • We do not accept any responsibility for your personal items. Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times and leave any valuables at home.

  • There are a number of treatments which have a minimum age requirement.  Please check on our booking system for age limits of each treatment or contact the salon for age related information for specific treatments.

    We are only able to provide treatments to those under 16 with written consent of the child’s parent/guardian, who must also be present during the treatment.

    We reserve the right to refuse performing treatments on any guest who is under the age of consent.

  • We welcome well behaved children in the salon however they must remain your responsibility at all times.  If your treatment makes this difficult we respectfully request that you make alternative arrangements for childcare.

    Children must not cause any disturbance to other clients or therapists. They must also not touch any stock within the salon.  We regret that if disturbances do occur we reserve the right to ask you to leave the salon and rebook when you can attend at a more convenient time.
